It’s been a while since I’ve posted a clean beauty review. From pregnancy to having a baby, skin care products have taken a back seat, so I don’t have much latest news to tell you.
However, I recently saw that Credo had started selling True Botanicals and I knew I had to try their products. True Botanicals have been on my radar for a while, but I never got around to testing them. Now that Credo is carrying them, it feels like a sign that I need to do a skincare review.
It was at my complete discretion to contact Credo to send me some of the products I selected, but I was not required or paid to write this botanical review. You can accept that, but know that all opinions expressed are entirely my own.
At this point, here is a detailed introduction to True Botanicals and my complete True Botanical Review.
too long; I really like the True Botanicals range of products and would repurchase them again. As someone with an established skincare routine, I wouldn’t say it stands out compared to other high-end natural skincare products, but it does perform well and my skin looks great. Would recommend!

Before + After: True Botanicals Review
I tested True Botanicals products for 6 weeks. I was going to post some before and after photos, but the truth is you probably won’t see any difference.
I was already using high-end skin care products that worked, so my skin had been in great condition for a while. That being said, I’ve noticed a real improvement in the texture of my skin, my skin retains more moisture and feels more hydrated overall.
The breakouts have been minimal, but that could be because 1) my adult acne days seem to be behind me, and 2) I’m still breastfeeding, so who knows what’s going on with my hormones.
As for aging, wrinkles and fine lines, I personally haven’t noticed a difference, but that may take 10-15 years to better evaluate.
I chose to try mainly the Renew range because I focus more on anti-aging benefits rather than the Clear range, which is designed for sensitive skin with blemishes.
At this point, here are my personal product ideas.
