Erich Andersen, known for “Euphoria” and “Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter,” has died after a “painful” battle with cancer. He is 67 years old.
Anderson’s wife, Saxon Trainor, confirmed to Fox News Digital that her husband died on Saturday, June 1.
“Erich was my best friend. I was lucky to love him and be loved by him,” she said. “He was an extraordinary man with a sharp mind, a deep curiosity and an interest and concern for others.
“Throughout his traumatic ordeal with cancer, he lived every day with courage, determination and humor.”
