Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has added a new Tennessee branch, according to an announcement Thursday. Lafayette-based brokerage firm Ben Bray & Associates has been serving home buyers and sellers in middle Tennessee and south-central Kentucky for 27 years.
“We are fully committed to our clients, and their best interests are always the guide in our decisions – that’s why we’re moving toward Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate,” broker and owner Ben Bray said in a statement. “We’ve built over 100 years of knowledge helping our friends, family and neighbors with all their real estate needs, but we know we can still take our services even further.”
Bray founded Ben Bray & Associates, specializing in commercial land and farm sales as well as traditional residential transactions and estate auctions. The brokerage, which has two offices in Lafayette and Gallatin near the Tennessee-Kentucky border, is known for supporting several charities including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Waymakers.
Bray and his wife, Katie, said their new partnership with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will allow them to provide better training, education and technical support to their 28 agents.
“It’s never been about being a real estate provider for everyone, it’s been about being a real estate provider that can help with everything,” Bray said. “Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate can provide our company with the training, infrastructure and support we need to ultimately dedicate 100% of our efforts to our clients rather than micromanaging day-to-day responsibilities.”
“Our reputation means everything to us, and as local volunteers, we know many of our clients feel the same way,” added affiliate broker and co-broker/owner Katie. “Being able to maintain this reputation while adding state-of-the-art systems, services and infrastructure was an opportunity we knew we couldn’t pass up.”
BGHRE President Ginger Wilcox said Ben Bray & Associates is a valuable addition to the brokerage’s network as Bray has built “continuous growth” and a “reputation of excellence” over the past 25 years.
“It’s always exciting to welcome a company with a strong, enduring reputation to the Better Homes Real Estate network,” she said. “We are excited to partner with Ben and his team to further expand their brand presence and enhance the resources they can offer agents. With his network, knowledge and the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand tools, systems and services , we can’t wait to see what the future holds for his brokerage.
This is BGHRE’s sixth new affiliate this year.
