CNN reported:
New York City Probation Department officials questioned former President Donald Trump during a pre-sentencing interview about another gun he had registered in New York and his use of it, a city official briefed on the matter said.
The former president was convicted late last month of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. It is a federal crime for a convicted felon to possess a firearm or ammunition.
Trump said he had a gun in Florida that was believed to be one of three weapons listed on his permit to carry a concealed weapon in New York City, according to the official.
It is a violation of federal and state law for a convicted felon to own and possess a firearm.
Donald Trump admits he has been breaking the law. If the Justice Department holds Trump to the same standard as Hunter Biden, Donald Trump should be indicted and charged with federal gun crimes. It’s no surprise that a former president accused of stealing classified documents is in possession of illegal firearms.
Trump doesn’t need a gun. He has Secret Service protection. Trump thinks he’s special, maybe a felon with an illegal gun?
