New York Rep. Jamal Bowman, a member of the far-left “Squad,” is in serious political trouble.
His main challenger, George Latimer, has led him in polls since April and remains in the lead.
To make matters worse for Bowman, Hillary Clinton has just endorsed Latimer. For someone like Bowman, that has to take a toll.

Hillary Clinton dealt another blow to vulnerable Rep. Jamaal Bowman on Wednesday, just hours after Bowman again accused him of racism. Clinton backed the powerful challenger.
Clinton’s nomination is one of the most high-profile in the primary, and comes as Westchester County Executive George Latimer advances in his race against current members of the “Squad.” Linton’s nominations became increasingly vitriolic. Notable supporters of Bowman include Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren…
“With Trump elected, we need strong, principled Democrats in Congress more than ever,” the former secretary of state and 2016 Democratic presidential candidate posted on X. “In Congress, @LatimerforNY will Protect abortion rights and stand up to abortion rights.
Clinton cited support for Biden’s vision for the country as being in line with Latimer’s coalition’s message. His coalition has been highlighting Bowman’s votes against a bipartisan infrastructure plan backed by Biden. Bowman noted that his vote was not important in passing the law and that he wanted to advocate for social spending.
