New York police arrested a heavily armed man who was pulled over during a traffic stop in Queens.
Judd Sanson, 27, was arrested on multiple illegal weapons charges and police recovered a 9mm Glock handgun, nine loaded magazines, and heavy body armor from his possession , handcuffs, NYPD uniform items, two axes, multiple knives as well as a weighted whip and retractable baton.
“For an arrest of this magnitude, the amount of ammunition, the number of NYPD officers, the amount of paraphernalia that was in the vehicle was significant,” Jeffrey B. Maddrey, chief of the department, told reporters.
