Coldwell Banker Warburg informed Inman that it has recently welcomed the return of two “Boomerang” agents, agent David Harris and agent Bill Kowalczuk.
It didn’t take long for the two real estate professionals to realize they were missing something at Coldwell Banker Warburg — Harris left the firm in February of this year to briefly join a side-supported brokerage, while Kovalchuk joined in 2023 He left in February of that year and joined a side-supported brokerage company. Prior to that, Harris had been with Coldwell Banker Warburg since late 2022, and Kovalchuk had been with the company since 2016.
Kowalczuk is an experienced broker with more than two decades in the industry and more than $500 million in sales. Prior to his first tenure at Coldwell Banker Warburg, Kowalczuk also spent time with The Corcoran Group and Town Residential. He specializes in everything from luxury lofts and townhouses to new developments in Manhattan.
Kovalchuk said he returned to the company for its support system, employees and especially its leadership team.

His background in motivational speaking and theater has helped him become a confident, creative agent who works seamlessly with buyers and sellers in Lower Fairfield County, the Hudson Valley, Long Island, New York City, Brooklyn and Miami cooperate.
Harris also believes Coldwell Banker Warburg’s support system will help propel him toward his personal sales goals.
