Author Lamin Setoude said he spent a long time interviewing Trump and that the former president has severe memory problems.
Ramin Setoodeh said on MSNBC’s Morning Joe:
After becoming president, I really got to know Donald Trump and what kind of person he is. Over the weekend, he talked about how Joe Biden needs to take a cognitive test. Joe Biden, you know, not all is there, Donald Trump, as the reporter who spends the most time with him, has severe memory issues and I have to say he doesn’t remember things, he doesn’t even remember I.
In May 2021, we spent an hour together. A few months later, I went back to the White House, back to Trump Tower, and talked to him about his time in the White House. I said, a blank look on his face. I said, do you still remember me? He said, no, he didn’t remember us doing a long interview, and he didn’t do a lot of interviews at the time. So I think the American public really needs to see this portrait of Donald Trump because it shows what he is like and who he is. Who he has always been.

From Rep. Ronny Jackson’s name getting mixed up to CEOs being troubled by Trump’s mental decline after meeting with him, there are growing signs that the campaign is wary of Trump Trump’s campaign appearances were tightly managed, with even his remarks at rallies being written down on a teleprompter.
While the media focuses on Biden’s performance in the debate, the real attention should be on Trump, who will have to stand and speak for two hours without a teleprompter or manager.
Republicans try to cover up Trump’s problems, but the harsh light of a presidential campaign often exposes the truth.
