Five illegal immigrants were arrested in Missouri early Monday on suspicion of kidnapping a teenage girl in Indiana.
At approximately 2 a.m. on June 17, Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers were alerted to reports of a missing 14-year-old girl in Cass County, Indiana.
According to court documents, the girl’s father witnessed the girl getting into a vehicle, later determined to be a black Dodge Durango with unknown registration. The father reported the incident to the Logansport Police Department.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office notified deputies that the missing girl’s cell phone was pinging from a Texas vehicle driven by the suspect, which was traveling west on State Highway 36 near Hannibal, Missouri.

A short time later, a Missouri State Trooper spotted an SUV matching the vehicle’s description and initiated a traffic stop. Police found the girl, who claimed to be the missing teen, in the back seat of the SUV. Authorities found no evidence of sexual assault.

All five men in the car were arrested and booked into the Macon County Jail. The suspects are as follows: Marlon Aguilar, 44, Honduras; Arturo Eustaquio, 41, Mexican; Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24, Mexican; Daniel Ruiz ยท Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, from Mexico; and Carlos Funez, 56, from Honduras.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed to Fox News Digital that the individuals were in the country illegally. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has detained the five men.

All men are being held without bail on felony kidnapping charges.
