A woman who works for the National Association of Realtors filed a lawsuit this week seeking more than $1 million after she said she was fired for complaining about sexual harassment and discrimination at the office.
The lawsuit was filed by Roshani Sheth, who worked at NAR from May 2014 to October 2019.

Sheth said she filed a complaint of discrimination in June 2019 and was fired from the organization in October of that year. She claimed her firing was in retaliation for filing internal complaints against senior vice president Donna Grand, director of talent Linda Russell and chief counsel Katie Johnson.
Sheth said she received a settlement agreement on Dec. 19, 2019, that included a payment as a result of her formal complaint of discrimination and retaliation.
NAR’s “administrators repeatedly attempted to sabotage [Sheth’s] Career damage to her finances and reputation,” the complaint states.
