The Juneteenth shooting left two people dead and 14 injured, according to a Round Rock Police Department report.
Ricky Thompson III, 17, was arrested Thursday morning and charged with aggravated assault. As a result of the investigation, he was taken into custody at 7:30 a.m. during a fugitive operation in Pflugerville, Texas. He faces another charge, according to court records.

Police say Thompson is the man they are looking for wearing a white hoodie.
“This case is still ongoing and we have a lot of work to do. We know Ricky Thompson was not the only shooter in this game. We are still looking for other suspects,” Sheriff Alan Banks said.
“Please understand that we have a lot of evidence and case work to do to make sure we get the justice that these families deserve,” he said.
The Manor Independent School District confirmed that Thompson is a student in the district. The district is offering counseling and support services to those who need assistance handling the activities.

Thompson was not the only shooter involved, according to police.
“This is not a victory by any means. We have a lot of work to do, but I don’t think anyone is happy. I can tell you, the detectives are not out there high-fiving each other and bumping chests. It’s a sad moment. We have A 17-year-old. A 17-year-old was taken into custody for pulling out a gun in what was supposed to be an absolutely shocking incident that had been a surprise until it happened. incident,” Sheriff Allen said.
Two people died in the shooting, Lyndsey Vicknair, 33, of Manor, and Ara Duke, 54, of Pflugerville. A further 14 people, aged between 10 and 62, were injured and taken to hospital.
According to Round Rock police, as of June 16, most of the injured had been discharged from the hospital, and those who were still hospitalized were in stable condition.
Gov. Greg Abbott’s Office of Public Safety is offering a reward for information leading to the June 15 shooting at Old Settler Park.
There is a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of those involved in the shooting.
