Electronic lockbox and real estate management company SentriLock is partnering with Direct Offer to make the software company’s DO AudioTour product available to subscribers, it was announced Thursday.
SentriLock Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Sims said the deal puts DO AudioTour’s tools into the hands of approximately 500,000 subscribers, allowing agents to provide market insights and listing descriptions to consumers.

“Partnering with DirectOffer marks a major milestone for SentriLock and directly advances our business plan to bring great functionality to more than 500,000 users across North America,” Sims said in a statement. “We know real estate is A global industry and are excited that thousands of agents across North America working with international clients will soon be able to benefit from this home travel technology and enhance the services they offer.”
Traditionally known as a lockbox company, SentriLock has grown to offer non-hardware products, including home display solutions and mobile apps for managing lock access for brokerages of all sizes.
The platform, formally known as SentriKey Showing Service, was designed with input from real estate professionals to help them organize and coordinate property showings, according to the company. When it launched in 2021, Inman reported that the tool would provide users with market data, scheduling options, a virtual assistant called SAM, client rosters, and inventory sharing options, among other features.
SentriLock partners with RentSpree in 2022 to expand its footprint in the property management space.
Direct Offer is a mobile-first app with three main business tools: DO AudioTours, Interest Grid and its namesake search experience, Direct Offer. The former uses artificial intelligence to translate any written MLS description into an audio description in more than 20 languages. The Interest Grid is designed to make the market transparent about the amount of interest in available properties.
