Universal Music Group’s A-list label Island Records and its global artist services arm Virgin Music Group have entered into a partnership with Carín León’s label Socios Music to release new music.
The partnership’s debut album, León’s album Boca Chueca Roll 1released on May 30, gives Leon his strongest first-week debut to date, debuting at No. 5 on the Billboard Mexican Regional Albums Chart and No. 8 on the Top Latin Albums chart.
Virgin and Island said in a statement on Monday (June 24) that the 19-track album “showcases Carín experimenting with a variety of genres, blending rock, country and pop.” It is characterized by Kane Brown, Leon Bridges, Pepe Aguilar, explainand Rococo Pantheon.

Leon has more than 29 million Monthly listeners to the streaming service.
Leon has achieved many milestones, including becoming the first Latin artist to perform at both theaters coachella music festival and stagecoach same year. He recently rolling stones and debuted at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
The artist from the Mexican state of Sonora has also established himself as a songwriter, with Universal Music Publishing Group Last October.

León will kick off the new album tour on July 22 in Paso Robles, California, with stops in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Nashville, Houston and Toronto, and a landmark performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City show.
