While Samsung is gearing up to officially launch its latest Galaxy Z foldable smartphone at its Unpacked event on July 10, a new batch of leaked images has spoiled even more surprises. Renderings of the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 phones come courtesy of a well-known leaker Evan Blass and win the futurewhich shows what colors may be available while sharing many similarities with previous leaks Wisdom Grand Prix, leaks, and Ice Universe.
The images show the Galaxy Z Fold 6’s more square design, which was also seen in prototype images earlier this month. The hinges and bezels around the outer display appear smaller, and a black ring can be seen around the rear three-lens lens. leaked specs sharer Wisdom Award This may be the only noteworthy update to the Z Fold 6’s camera system, though, as it appears to feature the exact same setup as its predecessor.
Renders provided by Blass show the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in two colors: gray and navy. The hues differ slightly from the Z Fold 5’s gray and more vivid blue, exclusively online, as well as in a separate batch of leaked images shared by win the future (in line with the color offered by Blass) indicates that the Fold 6 will also be available in light pink.
Meanwhile, the latest images of the clamshell Galaxy Z Flip 6 look almost identical to the previous Z Flip 5 model. The color options we saw – blue, silver, yellow, and green – appear to have a more matte “brushed metal” look, and the color of the ring around the two rear cameras appears to match the device. It’s a lovely change, and thankfully the larger screen coverage is retained, but the lack of major design tweaks may disappoint Samsung owners who expected more from a generation update.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 are expected to run on the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Rumors also indicate that the Z Flip 6’s main camera resolution will be increased from the current 12 million pixels to 50 million pixels, and will be equipped with an upgraded 4,000mAh battery instead of the 3,700mAh battery on the Z Flip 5.
