Co-host Jonathan Mellis is one of several defendants who witnessed officer Lila Morris brutally beating Roseanne Boyland unconscious on January 6 body and tried to stop the police from brutally beating demonstrators.
Government prosecutors fabricated instances of Melis assaulting police officers with whom he never interacted during his sentencing hearing.
In December, Mellis was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 36 months of supervised release.
Jeffery Sabol has been behind bars for more than three years and was sentenced in late March to 63 months in prison, three years of probation, and more than $32,000 in fines and restitution.
Sabol is a geophysicist from Colorado. He is a devoted father, son, and partner to his beautiful fiancé.
Jon and Jeff spoke with Brandon Fellows, a 28-year-old New Yorker whom The Gateway Pundit is reporting on in 2022.
Brandon was not charged with any acts of violence or destruction of any property, but was held without bail for more than two years on four misdemeanor and one felony charges of “obstruction of justice,” stemming from the Department of Justice’s use of 1512(c) )(2) has now been overturned.
On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) struck down the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) use of 1512(c)(2), a statute related to obstruction of official proceedings, in cases related to the January 6 incident ( J6).
Hundreds of defendants signed plea agreements because of serious threats from charges under 18 USC 1512. Retaliation against a defendant who pleads not guilty.
