Investigators in Kansas have issued an endangered warning to a mother and her two young daughters who they believe were “forced to travel to a religious rehabilitation facility in Mexico.”
In a news release from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), officials said 23-year-old Martha Unger and her daughter, 2-year-old Madilynn Grace Unger ) and 1-year-old Haylie Faith Unger are missing.
Unger and her daughters disappeared from their rural home in Haskell County just before 7 p.m. on June 28, KBI reported.
Investigators believe they may have been forced to travel to a religious rehabilitation facility in Mexico with Kony Klassen and Elizabeth Klassen.

It’s unclear what type of facility they were taken to or where it is located.
Officials said the Klassens are believed to be driving a white and black Chevrolet Blazer with Mexican tags.

The Klassens are in their 50s. Coney is a male, described as approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was clean-shaven and last known to be wearing jeans and a button-down shirt.
Law enforcement also believes Martha Unger was driving a 2015 white Ford Explorer with Kansas tag 301RJY.

KBI officials said investigators wanted to check on the welfare of Martha and her children.
Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating them or calling the Haskell County Sheriff’s Office (620-675-2289) for any information that may help locate them.

KBI officials also urge anyone who sees an object or vehicle to call 911 immediately.
