MSNBC host Joy Reid said Joe Biden’s frailty no longer matters after the Supreme Court ruled against Trump’s claim of presidential immunity. According to her thinking, the only thing that matters now is that the Republican candidate is never allowed back into the White House.
Reed, a reliable source for the crazier claims in the day’s news, posted a TikTok video in which she appeared distraught over the court’s ruling.
On Monday, the justices ruled 6-3 that the president has “absolute” immunity for official, but not unofficial, acts, leaving it to lower courts to decide what counts as official or private.
The decision gives Trump significant immunity for his actions, meaning he is unlikely to be heard before the 2024 presidential election on charges of trying to overturn the last election.
Reed’s response was as you’d expect. Declaring a state of emergency, going after the wives of conservative Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, suggesting Trump may order drone strikes against the Biden family, and insisting that he will do so as long as the current president remains in power The “weakness” is not important.

She underscored this madness by accusing the Supreme Court of “trying to undo the entire 20th century” and “doing it very quickly.”
Reid told followers they were now “voting for their lives.”
Reed has previously been criticized for bigoted, homophobic blog posts that she claimed were posted by hackers. MSNBC never held her accountable.
