A new Bankrate survey reveals the sad truth about how Americans feel like they’re being swamped by Joe Biden’s economy.
Americans believe they need to earn at least $186,000 a year to make ends meet, hit by high interest rates, low homeownership rates, rising rent and housing costs and rising consumer costs such as food and gas, survey shows Feel safe.
Unfortunately for the vast majority, only 6% of American adults actually meet at least that threshold.
Federal data shows median household income ranges from $51,500 to $86,000, less than half what respondents said they needed to feel safe.
And, according to a poll ahead of Bank Rate, Americans don’t want to live a life of luxury. They just want to be able to live a comfortable life without financial worries.
While Americans suffer, the Biden administration continues its relentless efforts to incite Americans that his disastrous policing is ruining the country and keeping the American dream out of reach for most.
Biden and his mouthpieces continue to lie, claiming that inflation was 9% when he took office in January 2021.
In January 2021 it was 1.4%.
Biden’s lies were so shocking that the Washington Post gave him four Pinocchios.
A recent research paper published by four well-known economists including Larry Summers, the former Treasury Secretary in the Barack Obama administration and the former president of Harvard University, found that according to the pre-1983 According to calculations, the actual inflation rate during the Biden administration will reach 18% in 2022.
The figure is the country’s highest inflation rate in more than 50 years.

GDP fell faster than expected in the first quarter of 2024. Real GDP, calculated based on government spending, grew 1.6% after growing 3.7% in the fourth quarter of 2023.
At the same time, the inflation rate rose to 3.7% in the first quarter, squeezing consumers who were already struggling with Biden’s economy.
A recent study found that half of renters in the United States cannot afford their homes.
While the study’s data is for 2022, not much has changed in the economy or the amount of available housing since then.
From CBS News:
Many inflation-weary consumers continue to face financial stress, with a new survey from the Philadelphia Fed finding that 35% of Americans are worried about making ends meet, up from 29% a year ago.
The gap between what the typical American earns and what they aspire to means “Americans look at incomes so high that they think they need to make more money, even though they know that’s unrealistic and they’ll never make it.” So much money.
When Tucker Carlson spoke in Australia, he made an unforgettable and heartbreaking observation about the impact of the economy on our society and the next generation.
“The birth rate tells the whole story… They are not reaching replacement rate. The U.S. population is growing because we are importing people from other countries.
“My point is that happy people have children. A well-functioning economy enables them to do this. And we don’t have that. So you need to get the economy in order, you need to get the culture in order so that people who want to have children can have children.
“You don’t look to bring in new people to solve problems quickly. That’s where I stand.
“Americans don’t have children because they can’t afford them. And no one in charge cares.
