Mango Blossom Cake is becoming more and more popular and is loved by dessert lovers for its perfect balance of sweetness and creamy texture. This no-bake dessert originated in the Philippines and is traditionally made with layers of ripe mango, sweet cream and graham crackers.
Its simplicity and rich flavor make it a favorite treat, especially during the hot summer months when mangoes are in abundance.

Better Mango Floats for You

raw material:
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, refrigerated
- 1 tablespoon natural low-calorie sweetener such as stevia, allulose, or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup fresh mango puree (made from 4 mangoes)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (9 ounce package)
- 4 tablespoons chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans), divided
instruct:
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, natural sweetener, unsweetened condensed milk, mango puree and vanilla extract. If desired, adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- Spread a layer of graham cracker crumbs on a 9 x 9 rectangular pan.
- Spread a layer of mango mixture over the graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle a tablespoon of chopped nuts over the mango layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mango mixture on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Cut into 9 pieces. Enjoy a healthier version of Mango Float Cake!
