Three months after announcing a $19 million Series A funding round, mortgage CRM platform Aidium has launched a 24/7 customer support service to provide mortgage professionals with 24/7 phone, email and chat support.
Founded in 2019 as Daily AI, Aidium underwent a rebrand last year to better integrate its Whiteboard CRM and Recruitable.ai brands under a unified framework.
The company said its customer relationship management (CRM) solution is tailored for mortgage lending, with integrated sales and marketing automation capabilities to help lenders convert leads and manage referrals, while also providing data warehousing, business intelligence and Report.
Aidium CEO Spencer Dusebout said in a statement: “Our customers use Aidium around the clock, including nights, weekends and even holidays, so it’s important that we provide support when needed and have real people ready to answer calls and respond to messages.
Aidium said it will use the Series A funding round, led by PeakSpan Capital, to “enhance its platform, expand its customer base and solidify its position as a leader in mortgage technology.”
“Despite a challenging mortgage environment in 2022 and 2023, the company was able to meaningfully expand revenue and launch powerful new data products to further enhance its value proposition,” PeakSpan Vice President Kyle Reitinger said in April. Aidium’s competitors include Jungo, which claims to be the first mortgage CRM solution built on Salesforce, and Big Purple Dot, which integrates ChatGPT into its CRM platform and offers recruiting tools to help lenders identify competitors’ most productive loan officer).
