Cardi B accused of copyright infringement on her top 10 US hit songs Enough is enough (Miami).
The lawsuit was filed in Texas on Wednesday (July 3) by musicians Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar, aka Kemika1956, who claim Cardi B plagiarized their track, Greasy fried bread.
According to the lawsuit, Joshua Frastro and Miguel Aguilar wrote their own songs, greasy fried bread 2021.
They claim that “the song has already gained widespread recognition,” noting that it was used as a promo for FX’s hit series “Reservation Dogs.”

They also claimed that the defendants’ actions “caused consumer confusion or damaged the plaintiff’s business reputation and constituted unfair competition.”
Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar are also seeking a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order (TRO) to “immediately cease” the alleged “continuing infringement” greasy fried bread.
