A mysterious audio message interrupted the Chicago Sky’s press conference following their 84-71 loss to the Seattle Storm on Sunday night.
Sky head coach Theresa Weatherspoon, rookie Angel Reese and starting guard Marina Mabrey were waiting at their desks for questions from reporters when someone appeared to forget to mute the audio.

Footage from the press conference shows the trio listening in on a conversation apparently about someone’s “intimate relationship,” and their reactions are priceless. Eventually, the man’s voice was muted, but it still seemed to shock Weatherspoon, Reese and Mabray.
Even though the Sky lost to the Storm, Reese still set the record for most consecutive double-doubles by a player. She surpassed Candace Parker’s record with a 13th-place finish. Reese scored 17 points and 14 rebounds, becoming the only rookie to average a double-double this year.

Reese Clark and Kaitlyn Clark are the favorites to win the WNBA Rookie of the Year award.
After Rees tied Parker, Sky’s social media accounts made it clear who was ahead.
