President Biden says it’s time to turn attention back to Trump and his agenda, with his plan to “attack, attack, attack” the former president.
CNN reported on Biden’s call with donors:
During the question-and-answer portion of the call, Biden responded to a donor’s question about what he would need to do in the second debate, currently scheduled for September 10, to perform better than he did in the first debate. Well, 51 million Americans watched his speech in this debate.
Biden, wearing a suit flanked by American flags and family photos, said he would prepare differently for the debate and would “attack, attack, attack.”
Biden won in 2020 because he and his campaign relentlessly attacked Trump. It was not until the debate was well underway that Biden stopped Trump from lying. It wasn’t until the abortion issue and Trump’s lies that the president changed his tune and got angry.
Biden will win by attacking Trump and won’t let up every day until all the votes are cast. If the president follows through on his vow of relentless attack, Democrats will regain the advantage and be in a position to win by November.
