Roberts makes it clear in the audio above that “Plan 2025” is Trump’s platform, but they know Trump can’t say it out loud or he will lose the support of voters, so the former president has to pretend he doesn’t know who is destroying democracy , the man behind the platform that destroyed freedom.
Plan 2025 is absolutely toxic to Trump and the Republican Party. The plan included mass deportations of legal immigrants, a ban on abortion and in vitro fertilization without an act of Congress, and the repeal of civil rights protections and New Deal-era programs including Social Security.
The 900-plus page plan would be a disaster for the country, which is why Biden and the Democrats are campaigning around it while Trump is trying to distance himself.
Once the hysteria of the Biden era subsides, Democrats will put Plan 2025 at the forefront. The corporate media may not cover it, but it could still end up being a galvanizing issue in the campaign, especially after the project’s leaders were so willing to tie Trump to the project.
