Course Guarantees: With New England College’s Pre-Licensing Course Guarantee, if you don’t pass the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam the first time, you have 12 months from the date of course completion to retake the course for free.

Exam preparation: Designed to refresh your memory and prepare you to take the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam, the License Exam Review Course contains over 12 hours of videos outlining the most important licensing topics in your real estate license course. It also includes 535 quiz questions, and access to videos and quiz questions for up to three months.
Reciprocal license: If you have dual licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, you can save time with the 15-hour Massachusetts and New Hampshire Combined CE package, which includes courses designed to meet CE requirements in both states. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from each state to renew your license in both states. MA and NH packages include required core courses, buyer representation, financing, disclosure/seller due diligence, 1031 communications, ethics, and conducting open houses and developing a safety plan.
