Democrats abandon efforts to cancel Joe Biden’s nomination

Democrats trying to force President Joe Biden to step down and drop out of the presidential race are reportedly giving up.

Senior Democratic sources believe that Democrats who once considered challenging President Joe Biden are now withdrawing “because of this fragile political moment.” @CostaReports Report.

“I’ve been talking to some top Democrats who believe that Democrats who are worried about President Biden now politically withdrawing will support President Biden because if this is a fragile political moment,” Costa said. As this unfolded, all talk of this debate disappeared almost immediately among my top Democratic sources who said it was time for the country to come together and Democrats to come together.

Mass shootings at Trump rallies have so far produced no political gains for Republicans. Donald Trump did not get the popular sympathy and backlash they had hoped for. President Biden has taken center stage, while Democrats have abandoned efforts to replace the nominee in the name of unity.

Efforts to oust Biden are history, so now Democrats can resume their efforts to defeat Trump and his party in November.
