What’s the one thing you wish every agent knew?
One thing I wish every agent knew is the critical importance of their database. Your database is your real estate lifeline. From the moment you start, prioritize building your CRM. It doesn’t need to be the most expensive or complicated; there are many affordable options for organizing your contacts and interactions efficiently.
The key is consistency: update and interact with your library regularly to cultivate relationships and stay focused. Set achievable goals for adding new contacts on a daily or weekly basis to ensure steady growth and continued customer contact.
