How did you get started in real estate?
In 1995, I was tempted to join my family’s well-respected real estate business. However, I was led down a different path as I chose to explore the corporate world, spending a transformative two years in Creative Human Resources at Universal Studios.
In 1997, I found myself at a crossroads, reflecting on my true entrepreneurial ambitions and my family’s real estate legacy. Driven by newfound clarity and a deep-seated passion for connecting people with their dream homes, I made the pivotal decision to join the real estate industry.
From that moment on, I became fully immersed in the world of real estate, from coaching with Mike Ferry for two years to coaching with Brian Buffini for 14 years. In every transaction, I find satisfaction in guiding clients through the complex process of buying or selling a home, creating lasting connections, and leaving a positive impact on the communities I serve.
Looking back on my journey, joining my family’s real estate business was not only a career change, it was a calling. It’s not just about buying and selling properties; it’s about building relationships, creating memories and helping people find their place in the world.

Shortly after the fraudulent transaction on the same property fell through, I entered into a two-sided transaction worth $8.5 million. It took many hours of hard work and stress, but our effective marketing caught the right buyer’s attention and we closed the deal for all cash just two weeks later.
What is your most important piece of advice for a newly formed team?
Find a mentor, relax and stay humble.
Name 3 people you admire
Jesus: My guiding light, savior and foundation.
my mother audrey McGee: My life coach. She taught me how to care for people and the power of prayer.
Tim Tebow: He has an unwavering inspiration and doesn’t let the noise get to him. He said a lot of good things when he was a player and did even more good things in retirement. He doesn’t need the spotlight, but when he does have it, he stays humble and gets the job done, keeping the main thing first. He loved and served especially those who had nothing to give him.
