President Biden has released a letter from his doctor about his COVID-19 treatment, one more official document released by Donald Trump regarding the assassination attempt.
Biden’s doctor wrote that the president had mild respiratory symptoms, no fever, his vital signs were normal and he was being treated with Paxlovid. All of this is four more pieces of information than the American people have about Trump’s possible injuries in the rally shooting.

If Donald Trump doesn’t be transparent after someone tries to shoot him, there’s zero chance he’ll be transparent about other matters involving his actions and activities.
The American people deserve a government that is accountable to them, but accountability is impossible if the president is not transparent. Joe Biden has been very transparent with the media and the American people on medical and health issues. Trump, by contrast, has not released any documents or medical records.
Transparency is vital to democracy, and Biden’s actions show a stark contrast between the two options voters have in November.
