Bill and Hillary Clinton are described as supporting President Joe Biden in staying in the race and encouraging donors to do the same.

Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton privately supported President Joe Biden’s decision to stay in the race and actively encouraged donors to stay with him, according to two people familiar with the Clintons’ thinking.
Both sources used the word “respectful” to describe the Clintons’ stance as it relates to Biden’s pledge to continue his campaign.
Behind the scenes, the Clintons have been in contact with the White House and have offered to help in any way they can, these people said.
It’s important to remember that Clinton was right about everything in 2016. She was right about the threats posed to democracy, and she was right about Russia.
No other Democrats in the party have more experience with Democrats’ tendency toward unnecessary hysteria and self-destruction than the Clintons.
Democrats’ panic over Biden is largely concentrated in the House of Representatives. Senators Tester and Brown are fighting to hold on to their Senate seats in red states, so their distance from Biden and the Democratic Party requires them to hold on to their seats more than making public statements of support for President Biden.
Despite the best efforts of some Democrats to self-sabotage, Joe Biden looks poised to weather the storm and move on to become the Democratic nominee.
