Vista Plusa software development company known for its MLS solutions for real estate agents, has entered into a strategic partnership with the California-based company San Diego Major League Soccer. The partnership includes licensing VestaPlus’ Checkmate inventory violation detection software to SDMLS.

In addition, SDMLS said that through the Checkmate software, it will be able to view all current violations and status in one report. It will provide access to the case details page, which includes property data when the violation was detected compared to current data, as well as the agent’s violation history. SDMLS stated that billing and payment management were not part of their previous compliance system.
VestaPlus said Checkmate will be customized for SDMLS to comply with its rules and requirements, including incorporating new artificial intelligence (AI) photo compliance features designed to detect violations in property photos.
