EXp Realty has hired former USANA Health Sciences executive Donald Cherry as its new vice president of sustainability, according to an announcement Friday. Cherry will lead efforts to improve the company’s ethical, social, environmental, cultural and economic impact on agents and consumers.

Cherry has worked at USANA for 18 years, rising from project specialist to executive director of corporate sustainability, a position she held for nearly four years. During his tenure as executive director of USANA, the company was ranked as one of the most responsible companies in the United States and one of the most diverse workplaces in the United States. Cherry is eXp’s latest executive hire this year.
The cloud-based brokerage also hired leading marketing strategist Wendy Forsythe and celebrity agent Kendall Bonner in April, and promoted former chief strategist Leo Pareja in the same month. In June, the brokerage also promoted industry veteran Troy Palmquist, co-founder of DOORA, from director of growth to vice president of growth and product marketing.
