On Saturday, Israel suffered its worst attack since the Hamas invasion on October 7, leaving 1,200 people dead and 240 others kidnapped by terrorists.
The New York Post reported that a Hezbollah rocket hit a football field in the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights, killing at least 11 people, mainly children and teenagers.
Israeli officials confirmed that the Iranian-backed Lebanese terror group Hezbollah targeted the northern Druze town of Majdal Shams.
In addition to the 11 fatalities, 40 people were reportedly injured in the attack, some seriously.
Israel’s X account posted a video showing the moment the rocket hit the playground. You can hear a deafening roar as the rocket impacts.

As expected, Hezbollah denied carrying out the evil attack, saying they had “nothing to do with it at all and categorically deny all false accusations.” But the terrorist group could not think of another culprit.
According to the Washington Post, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently rushing back to Israel from Washington, DC. Netanyahu remained in the nation’s capital on Saturday after addressing Congress on Wednesday and meeting with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
Foreign Minister Israel Katz said he discussed the cowardly terrorist attack with Netanyahu. He also declared that “Hezbollah has crossed all red lines” and that Israel is now facing a “total war” with the terrorist group.
Katz then warned that Hezbollah would pay a high price for its actions and believed that when Israel decides to finally retaliate, they will have the full support of the United States and Europe.
Given Hezbollah’s close ties with Iran, the attack raised the possibility that Iran and Israel would eventually break out into an all-out war. This possibility increases significantly if Democrats remain in the White House for another four years, with Kamala Harris as leader of the new regime.
