speed A new head coach was hired. The Chicago-based mortgage lender announced Tuesday that it will hire Daniel Manginelli to lead its sales coaching program, which is designed to help mortgage professionals implement best practices and improve performance.
The coaching program for salespeople makes Rate one of only 10 mortgage companies with in-house coaching, according to the company.
“We work tirelessly to provide world-class training to our professionals and ensure our unparalleled technology and tools are at the core,” Rate CEO Victor Ciardelli said in a statement. “No one is better equipped than Dan to launch and Delivering on that commitment. We are pleased to welcome him to the helm of this mission-critical program.
The program, called Success Coaching Solutions, offers bi-weekly coaching sessions, tracking dashboards and insights from leaders. The company believes the program will increase productivity and achieve positive results.
Manginelli brings decades of experience to Rate. He is the founder and owner of the company Manginelli Group, through which Manginelli serves as a motivational speaker and professional coach in the mortgage industry and beyond. In a career spanning more than 35 years, he has held sales and management positions and authored two books.
“I believe the best coaches and mentors live the way they coach,” Manginelli said in a statement. “With over thirty years of sales experience, I have built my career on growing and achieving at the highest level. My goal at Rate is to integrate technology into the coaching platform, ensure accountability and get the most out of Rate’s tools . Our goal is to double the growth of each salesperson within twelve months.
