Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been working on their own real estate deals and the couple is trying to sell their shared home while rumors of an impending divorce circulate in the media.

The property, located in the Sullivan Canyon community, is an equestrian home that includes stables as well as a central courtyard and spa, according to Robb Report. Affleck reportedly purchased the property from David Calvert Jones, nephew of media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

The home is currently listed for $68 million and is represented by Santiago Arana of The Agency.
Rumors about Affleck and Lopez’s marital problems have been swirling for months. Reports suggest the couple have been separated for some time, with Lopez on the East Coast and Alfred on the West Coast, but the divorce has not been confirmed.
