The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) are very excited about the prospect of Tim Walz as Kamala Harris’ running mate. In fact, they take credit for their choices.
Waltz’s comment about socialism being just a form of “neighborliness” makes more sense now, doesn’t it?
The radical left clearly sees a fellow traveler in Waltz. They want him to advance their agenda.
The city hall report states:
Let’s see who gets the credit for Kamala’s selection of vice president.
After Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday selected Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her 2024 running mate, a campaign is well underway, with strong support from leftist media, to put Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is portrayed as a normal, approachable Democrat.
But the group took credit for Walz’s selection, which is telling and cements his far-left record in Minnesota. It also explains why Harris didn’t choose Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro.
“Harris’ selection of Walz as her running mate shows the world that DSA and our allies on the left are a force to be reckoned with. Through collective action, DSA and the American left more broadly are making clear the need for change. DSA members are on our organize in workplaces and unions to realign the labor movement in support of Palestinian liberation,” the Democratic Socialists of America said in a statement.
