The Nueces County medical examiner confirmed to Fox News Digital that while an extensive autopsy on Harris has been completed, the cause and manner of his death have yet to be determined.
Caleb’s father, Randy Harris, told Fox News Digital that his family will meet with law enforcement on Friday.

“He seemed to disappear. There was no evidence of any wrongdoing, but there was no evidence of anything at all. So it’s a question of looking at every inch, everything we can think of,” Randy previously told Fox News Digital. “It’s a mystery.
Caleb had been communicating with friends and family via Snapchat between about 2 a.m. and 2:45 a.m., and just as he was leaving to pick up an Uber Eats order, he disappeared with his phone.
Police have ruled out an Uber Eats delivery driver as a suspect in the case. According to Caleb’s parents, he left his wallet and keys behind when he went to get food.

“He was getting ready for the next afternoon. He ordered lunch for the next day from a convenience store, which is normal. … He’s a creature of habit, so it’s normal for him to do that,” Randy previously told Fox News Digital Channel after her son’s disappearance.
At 3:03 a.m., Caleb sent another Snapchat to a friend, showing “a small bridge over a drainage ditch in the 1900 block of Ennis Joslin, just a few hundred feet from the entrance to his apartment building.”
Just then, his phone rang for the last time from a nearby cell tower.
Later that day on March 4, Harris’ roommates noticed that the 21-year-old man’s food order had been left outside their door as directed, but he was nowhere to be seen, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.

“This is a parent’s worst nightmare,” Caleb’s mother, Becky Harris, told Fox News Digital in March.
With no conclusive autopsy results, the family is still trying to determine exactly what happened to their beloved son March.

“It’s 2024, and the chance of someone disappearing without a trace and being unknown to anyone is slim to none. We just feel like the news hasn’t reached enough people yet, but we do believe that someone knows something,” said family spokesman Tony ยท Mathis has previously been interviewed on “Fox & Friends.”
