The globalist tyrant who controls the European Union sent a letter to Elon Musk on Monday asking X owners to censor President Donald Trump in an interview tonight.
The letter was sent by Thierry Breton and is dated August 12, 2024.
Thierry Breton is a French business executive, politician, author, and current EU Internal Market Commissioner.
Thierry warned Elon Musk in the letter, “You have a legal obligation to ensure that X complies with EU law, in particular the EU’s DSA.”
Thierry Breton continued,
“This means in particular, on the one hand, ensuring that freedom of expression and information, including media freedom and pluralism, are effectively protected, and on the other hand, taking all proportionate and effective mitigation measures against the amplification of harmful content. In connection with related events (including live broadcasts) links that, if not addressed, could increase X’s risk profile and adversely impact civil discourse and public safety, given the recent public outcry over the amplification of content that promotes hatred, riots, incites violence, or certain disinformation. Riots, this is very important.
Do you think Joe Biden would issue a similar warning if he were interviewed by Elon Musk on X?
Brayton then threatened Elon Musk if President Trump was allowed to speak freely in tonight’s interview.
As you are aware, formal proceedings are already underway against X under the DSA, particularly in areas related to the dissemination of illegal content and the effectiveness of measures to combat disinformation.
As the content in question is accessible to EU users and is also amplified within our jurisdiction, we cannot rule out potential spillover effects in the EU. We are therefore monitoring potential risks in the EU related to the dissemination of content that may incite violence, hatred and racism, as well as at major political or social events around the world, including debates and interviews in the context of elections.
Let me clarify that any negative impact on X of illegal content within the EU (attributable to the ineffectiveness of the way in which X applied the relevant provisions of the DSA) may be related to ongoing litigation and the overall assessment of X’s compliance with EU law. This is consistent with what has been done recently. For example, the impact and amplification of terrorist content or content that incites violence, hatred and racism in the EU, such as the recent riots in the UK.
Therefore, I urge you to immediately ensure the effectiveness of your systems and report the actions taken to my team.
Elon Musk responded appropriately to the European Union on Monday night.
Go to hell!
Honestly, I really wanted to respond with this Tropical Thunder meme, but I would never do something so rude and irresponsible! https://t.co/jL0GDW5QUx pic.twitter.com/XhUxCSGFNP
