Cole Palmer has signed a two-year contract extension with Chelsea until the summer of 2033.
The 22-year-old England forward joined Chelsea from Manchester City on September 1 last year and scored 22 goals and contributed 33 goals in the Premier League.
The new terms see Palmer extend his previous contract for a further two years, as a reward for his breakthrough at Stamford Bridge.
He made 45 appearances in all competitions, scoring a total of 25 goals and 15 assists.
Palmer moved from Manchester City last summer for an initial fee of £40 million, with potential add-ons of £2.5 million.
Can Palmer be healthy for the start of the season?
Palmer is one of the players in the England squad who have fallen behind their club rivals in pre-season.
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca must decide whether to use him from the start against his former club Manchester City on Sunday, live Sky Sports.
His performances at Euro 2024 meant he only returned to Chelsea last week after a holiday break.
But Maresca had already brought him on as a second-half substitute in the 1-1 friendly draw with Inter Milan at Stamford Bridge.
After facing Manchester City on the opening weekend of the Premier League season, Chelsea will face either Servette or Braga in the Division One play-offs four days later.
10 signings and 43 players: What happened to Chelsea?
It’s the latest piece of business for the club in another busy summer.
So far, 10 players have been brought in during the summer, costing £185.4m, with more signings to come. Twenty players have also left the team, with Chelsea dominating the headlines of another transfer window.
Chelsea are continuing to add to what is undoubtedly one of the Premier League’s biggest ever squads as new boss Maresca enters his first season in charge in west London.
Supporters are increasingly raising questions about the club’s strategy to return to the top, with Sky Sports trying to shake things up at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea’s Premier League season opener against Manchester City, live on Super Sunday (Kicks – 4.30pm) closed) for only a few days.
