A former quality auditor for Spirit AeroSystems (SPR) claims company leadership ignored defects in Boeing aircraft (NYSE:BAAccording to the Seattle Times , the 737 Max died Tuesday morning due to infection.
Josh Dean lives in Wichita, Kansas; Spirit(surface plasmon resonance) headquarters. He is 45 years old and has always been in good health. A family member of Dean said Dean died after being in critical condition for two weeks.
He has provided testimony in a shareholder lawsuit against Spirit (SPR) and filed a complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration alleging “serious and egregious misconduct by senior quality management personnel on the 737 production line” at the company. Dean is a client of a South Carolina law firm that also represents Boeing whistleblower John “Mitch” Barnett. In March, Barnett was found dead of an apparent suicide.
