Luxury brokers Oren and Tal Alexander are reportedly preparing to return to leadership roles at the company after the company’s other co-founders relinquished ownership last week.
Oren and Tarr resigned from their official leadership positions in June after being accused in multiple lawsuits of sexually assaulting and raping women since at least 2010. Women have come forward claiming to be victims. Multiple news outlets reported the allegations, including new york times and wall street journal.

The Alexander brothers are now also reportedly the subject of an FBI investigation.
All three brothers deny the charges against them.
Official’s other three co-founders, Nicole Oge, Richard Jordan and Andrew Wachtfogel, appear to have been trying to chart a path forward for the company without Alexander, even as the developer distanced itself from Official and the agent left for other companies.
However, exit talks between the Alexanders and the rest of the official co-founders were unsuccessful, and Ogg, Jordan and Wachterfogel left the company last Thursday.
“We are extremely disappointed that Tal and Oren did not inform our company of these lawsuits and threats, and our talented team is now unable to continue on an official path,” Ogg said in a statement about the co-founders out of port. “These allegations are disturbing to all of us, but importantly they have clearly opened up a conversation around the culture of the brokerage industry for women at large.”
James Cinque, an attorney representing Oren and Tarr, told us business insider At the time, the brothers “never said anything about leaving” and “they wanted to continue the business.”
“The Alexander brothers are excited about their new lineup and will announce details soon,” added Zink.
The Alexanders’ profile pictures had been removed from the official website, but as of Thursday, they and accompanying bios were back. Oge, Jordan and Wachtfogel have been removed from the site as co-founders.

Cinque did not reveal further details about the Alexander rebrand or any other plans, other than “we are in a quiet period and will absolutely announce plans once they are finalized,” according to an email sent to the real deal.
