raw material:
- 1 whole English cucumber
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ¼ cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
route:
- Slice the English cucumbers using a mandoline slicer.
- Place cucumbers in a large covered storage container or jar. (Make sure your container has an attachable lid!)
- Chop the red onion and garlic and add them to the container along with all the remaining ingredients.
