Artificial intelligence is slowly entering the real estate field, core logic There’s a new tool to help home shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for.
The OneHome AI image hunt tool lets customers upload photos of any part of their home and then pairs preferences with listings with similar images. This option is part of OneHome, CoreLogic’s customer-facing portal designed to help agents better work with potential buyers.
The company hopes the tool will help buyers better target content they’re interested in by providing photos with specific characteristics and aesthetics, in addition to traditional searches using filters.
“AI image search enables consumers to get the more customizable searches they want,” said Kevin Greene, general manager of real estate solutions at CoreLogic. “Let’s say I really like outdoor spaces and my wife really wants a modern one. Kitchen. Maybe I want a pool. I can load these three images into OneHome and it will filter my search to only show me these properties, along with standard beds, baths, price areas, etc.
The first Major League Socceris the largest MLS in Georgia and is the first CoreLogic customer to choose to use the product, integrate it and roll it out to its members. First MLS CEO Jeremy Crawford said his company has been proactive in adding artificial intelligence options to its toolkit.
“I actually had an agent come to me who had already set it up, implemented it and used it from this perspective, including image search and other aspects of OneHome,” Crawford said. “Overall feedback has been great. No issues with field implementation. When it’s brand new and out of the box it can be a little scary to be the first to roll out the product, but so far it’s been doing pretty well , and has been well received by the community.
CoreLogic has been actively integrating artificial intelligence into its suite of real estate products. These include the artificial intelligence aspects of its compliance software, listing checkers and its home valuation tools.
“CoreLogic has a long history of using and developing artificial intelligence,” Greene said. “This is a first for OneHome.
