Ella Davar is a registered dietitian and gut health nutritionist from Miami, Florida. As a gut health expert, Dawar is a firm believer in the individual organism and emphasizes the importance of finding foods that are right for you.
Is there something useful for Davar? “I always choose a place that uses olive oil and offers simply roasted Mediterranean-style sautéed vegetables.”
When Davar decides what to eat, her first priority is to feel her best. This doesn’t mean focusing solely on protein, fiber, and all the other key nutrients. Davar never shies away from savoring and enjoying food that satisfies your cravings!
“I know exactly what I want and how to prepare it — including sugar-free desserts such as a bowl of berries, broth or vegetable appetizers.”
