Artificial Intelligence Powered Real Estate Assistant partner announced with San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) Monday. The partnership will enable the region’s 4,000 agents to take advantage of Sidekick’s integrated datasets and workflows, making SFAR the first association to offer its members a generative AI assistant.
Sidekick launches in November 2023 with a host of features, including real-time market and real estate data retrieval capabilities, valuation analysis, and a suite of productivity tools for real estate professionals.

Sidekick users will have the opportunity to complete various tasks through a conversational interface. This includes the ability to create and run comparative market analyses, produce detailed market reports, interpret spreadsheets, search the MLS for listings, use computer vision to create listing descriptions, develop marketing strategies and content, and manage email inboxes and calendars.
