In a large bowl combine ground chicken, eggs, garlic powder, scallions, panko, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce. Set remaining buffalo sauce aside.

Use your hands to roll the mixture into 15-18 meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the meatballs from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step Three: Spread with Buffalo Sauce
Add to a large bowl and top with remaining buffalo sauce. Toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dipping sauce.
