Rumson, N.J.-based Woodward Realty Group announced Wednesday it will merge with Corcoran Group franchisee Corcoran Baer & McIntosh.
Following the merger, 26 agents will join Corcoran Baer & McIntosh, bringing the combined company’s agent count to 130, with locations in Rockland and Orange counties, New York, and Monmouth and Bergen counties, New Jersey. seven offices.

The area is also expected to grow in the coming years, as Netflix recently announced it will develop a major film production campus at the former U.S. Army base Fort Monmouth, located in Eatontown, New Jersey, just a few miles inland from Rumson.
