Lionsgate just announced it’s developing A John Wickk derivatives Starring Donnie Yen’s character, it is hoped to be filmed in Hong Kong in 2025. Chapter 4 and Robert Askins, who worked on The Umbrella Academy and sonwriting script
“Working on John Wick: Chapter 4 It was an extraordinary experience,” Yan said in a press release. “The reason these films resonate so deeply is because, like myself, [producers] Chad [Stahelski]basil [Iwanyk]and Erica [Lee] Push yourself to create action, fights and stunts that are not only exciting, creative and artistic, but expressive of character, story and emotion. Kane is an incredible character with a troubling past, and I’m excited to return to the role.
Kane stars in the 2023 hit film as another member of the secret society of assassins known as the High Table, a member of which is famously played by Keanu Reeves in John Wick. By the end of the film, he is freed from this obligation, and then in the closing credits, he attempts to reunite with his daughter while also presumably being assassinated by the daughter of one of his victims.
