The Agency by Mauricio Umansky is for sale in May 2023 at 15 West 96th Street on the Upper West Side. Between the Boulevard and Central Park West, units are priced as high as $20 million. SLCE Architects is responsible for the architectural design and is being developed by Sackman Enterprises Inc. The building’s projected sales are $130 million.
