One of our favorites on the market, Ecobee’s smart thermostat goes beyond your typical heating and cooling needs. It can adjust your HVAC system based on where you are in your home (if you’re at home) and can even keep your pets safe while you travel, thanks to its support for a variety of temperature alarms and reminders. Saved my coworker’s time with Rabbit just last year. Ecobee’s advanced thermostats also integrate seamlessly with Amazon Alexa, Apple Home, Google Home, SmartThings, and IFTTT, so you don’t have to lock yourself into a specific ecosystem.
